Bay Area Bridge Collapse

It appears that a gasoline trucker was speeding through an interchange at almost 4 AM and wrecked his vehicle, causing a massive explosion producing 200 foot high, 3000 degree flames that melted the upper section of the freeway, causing it to collapse.

No one was killed, the driver was taxi'ed to a hospital with second degree burns, the Arnold made an appearance and declared a state of emergency. It will likely take months to repair and the state is seeking federal disaster aid for the likely 10s of millions of dollars in repair costs.
