Should a woman be allowed to use her mothers eggs?

A Canadian girl of seven years old has a condition that will likely make her infertile. Her mother has had her own eggs frozen, to keep for when her child is of age to have children. If used, the girl will be giving birth to her own half-brother-or-sister.

Is this ethically OK? Can't she get anyone else's eggs and not have cross that line? Granted, the decision is still up to her in the future.

I guess what does that say about the mom? She equates it to "love" and donating any other vital organ...?
