Biggest stellar explosion in history

Astonomers have been observing a new star found last September. It exploded with a force never before seen. This star weighs, eh hem, weighed in at 120 AU (Astronomical Units, 1 AU is the distance from our planet to our sun). This is so massive, it is on par with early post-big-bang stars, seeding the universal bed for the stars to come.
