Paris Hilton will serve only 23 of her 45 day jail sentence in a special facility (of course!) for police officers and other high profile individuals, but it is still a jail cell, 1 of over a thousand, and she will only be allowed out 1 hour a day for TV or excercise or phone calls. The reduction in sentence is on account of her "good behavior", such as "showing up for her last court date". How nice of her, what a good girl, she actually came to court when summonsed after being threated with jail time.
